Obituary of Lenore M. Wright

Lenore M. Wright, 92, of Latham, formerly of Brunswick and Albany, beloved wife of the late Robert C. Wright, peacefully entered into eternal life surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Born in Bloomingdale, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Sylvia Jaquis Bouyea and was a graduate of Saranac Lake High School, SUNY Plattsburgh where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree and Russell Sage College where she earned her Master’s Degree.

Mrs. Wright was an Elementary School Teacher with the Brittonkill Central School District in Brunswick from where she retired after many years.

Mrs. Wright enjoyed playing BINGO, doing Jigsaw puzzles, leading the Rosary at Millview of Latham Assisting Living, had been a member of the Red Hat Society and formerly a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church in Sycaway as then later of Our Lady of the Assumption in Latham.

Beloved mother of Michael (Colleen) Wright, Timothy (Enonie) Wright, James (Tracy) Wright and Karen (Jeff) Osborn, cherished grandmother of Jason Wright, Desiree Opura, Courtney (Nick) Webster, Justin (fiancé, Julia) Osborn, Jamie Wright, Tyler Wright, Connor Williams and Braedon Williams, adored great grandmother of Marcus Wright, Avah Taylor, Preston Taylor, Charlotte Wanzer, Nora Webster, Quinn Webster and Jack Osborn, sister of the late Charles (late, Carol) Boyeau and the late Florence Taylor, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to the Morris-Stebbins-Miner & Sanvidge Funeral Home, 312 Hoosick Street, Troy, NY 12180 for Calling Hours on Sunday, September 28, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and for the Funeral Service on Monday morning September 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Troy.

Mrs. Wright’s family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to all of her friends and staff at Millview of Latham Assisting Living Center for their friendship, love and support as well as special appreciation to her cousin Linda Phillips for her years of support and companionship.
