I'm the 1st grandchild of olive, and when I tell you nana was the glue of the family, it's an understatement. She was the architect of my youth and showed me unconditional love from day one. I think of her often, and miss her everyday. God speed nana. I love you.

Aunt Olive was a very big part of my life. She helped teach me to drive, taught me how to play bingo, make homemade macaroni and cheese, and so many other things.Tanya and I spent much of my childhood together at her and Uncle Norms house (all of them). And she always made my Mac and cheese. I was also blessed to have her around in my adulthood as well. When they came to Florida I made sure to take time out to visit with her. I even bought her and Uncle Norms house in Florida. She was a true blessing in my life and will never forget her. I know Tanya gave her a great big hug when she made it home. I love you Aunt Olive RIP.

My condolences to the entire family. I met Olive and the family after marrying her brother Larry.. While distance made it hard to see each other over the years, she always made it a point to speak with me when she and Larry spoke on the phone. Olive made me feel part of the family from the day we met, and I will always be grateful for it, and remember her with love. May she rest in peace.
