Obituary of Marc Brendan D'Angelus
Marc Brendan D’Angelus, 18, son of Dora Daniel and Callistus Antony D’Angelus, and brother of Caitlyn Anne D’Angelus, joined the angels in heaven on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.
Marc touched everyone whom he met in his own special way. No words were spoken, and yet he brought immense joy to the world through his smile, laughter, obvious affection for his sister and his love for food. He was the epitome of simplicity and innocence.
Marc was a gentle giant. His heart may have stopped beating, but he will live on in many of our hearts forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to St. Edward the Confessor Church Chapel for visitation on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and to the Church where at 10:00 a.m the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated which will be live streamed at

So many from Malaysia, Australia and all around the world have expressed their regret in not being present in person. Your prayers, thoughts and well wishes are all that Marc and his family needs.
Marc’s family wishes to express their most sincere thanks to family, friends, schoolmates, medical professionals, and the many random strangers who touched Marc’s life and were kind to him. A special thanks is extended to Father Pat Butler of St. Edward the Confessor Church, New York, and Father Alex Vickers formerly of the Rosary Church in Adelaide, Australia, for facilitating Marc’s participation in the sacraments of the Catholic Church.
