Obituary of Kenneth Walker

Kenneth Walker, 64 of Troy, unexpectedly passed away on Monday February 27, 2023 at his residence in Troy, NY.

Kenneth Walker was an amazing man, who was loved and adored by all! Kenneth, born and educated in Savannah, GA, entered this world on October 17, 1958, to the late Cuyler Walker and Mattie Bell Walker. Kenneth was very enegetic, outgoing, and fun-loving man, who loved riding his bike, playing cards, gambling and cracking jokes, but most of all, he loved his family!

Kenneth was predeceaed by the love of his life, Tammy L. Smith, and his siblings; Dorothy (Willie) Williams, Juanita (James) Williams, Rose Anne Beverly Grace and Willie James Johnson.

Kenneth is survived by his children, Brenna and Roemello Lewis; mother to Brenna and Roemello, Nettie Lewis; step-children, Melissa Valigorsky, Edward Schultz and Timothy Schultz; and his loving siblings Carleen (Grover) Dixon, Alice Faye (John) Curry, Peggy Walker and Joseph Johnson. Kenneth is also survived by his grandchildren, who will miss him very much, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 p.m. at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue, Troy, NY 12182. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 at 1:00 P.M., at the same location. Please join the family in celebrating Kenneth's life at Bootlegger's on Broadway, 200 Broadway, Troy, NY 12180, from 1:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., immediately following the funeal service.
