Obituary of Sam Jura

Sam had been employed at Freihofer’s Baking Co. (Bimbo Bakeries USA) in Albany and prior to that, for many years was a Pressman/Printer at Alchar Printing in (Albia) Troy.
Sam adored and loved his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed kayaking, hiking, four-wheeling, snowshoeing, fishing, essentially becoming avid outdoorsman when he moved out into the country. He loved and was proud of his gardening and yard work to showcase Dee-Dee’s flowers. He also loved the sun, warmer climates and spending time in the Dominican Republic during the winter. Sam was also very involved with the Navy Seabees.
