Dear Ellen, You are finally over the struggle. My heart would break seeing you work so hard to take every step. But you were such a trooper. I was thrilled when you wanted to come up to the lake and stay for a few days. We spent hours yakking and never ran out of things to say.

We spent our high school years dancing and trading clothes, having boyfriends and going to parties. And now...here we are at the end of the road. I will never forget you. Love, Sue
