Some of the pictures I have of Jeremy growing up. That dimpled, impish grin was a staple.

Among the many memories I have as a child growing up with my cousin, Jeremy, is this one:
My family lived a street down from the Schneiders on Mt View Ave. In our back yard was a tree I liked to climb and read books. One day, while I was in the tree, I heard Dee yelling at Jeremy, which was the summer season ritual. Dee was yelling "Jeremy! On the count of 5...4...". I yelled to my mom and said "aunt dee is counting at Jeremy again! She's at 4!"
My mom called Dee and when she answered, my mom said "3...2..."! Dee couldn't believe we could hear her over to the next street but that's a memory I will always cherish.

As a kid I always loved Jeremy's energy. He was always being silly and had such a contagious smile. From the countless noogies to the outrageous jokes. I will forever cherish the memories I have. Thank you for the laughs. Rest in Peace.

I too was one of those Regular Key Bank clients., I would go do business and chat and laugh with Jeremy. I have known Jeremy for many years, the best jovial fun personality. I always mentioned to his, then Manager Deb, what a wonderful asset Jeremy was to Key Bank. I was devastated and Infuriated when Jeremy was the Victim of the Rensselaer Plaza Key Bank Robbery. That irresponsible reckless Crime, did Irreparable harm to Jeremy both physically and mentally. He and I spoke of that incident many times. He Always managed to Smile and remain Loyal to Key Bank. The loss of Jeremy is extremely heartbreaking. In this world full of Darkness and Sorrow, Jeremy was a beautiful light and ray of Sunshine. Our world was a better place with Jeremy in it!
My condolences to his family-I can’t imagine your sadness and sorrow. I will pray to our lord for Jeremy’s soul and journey. Rest In Peace Buddy. Sending You a Huge Hug. I will always remember you.

Dearest Dee, Bill, Jeff Andrea and Neil and family, Some of my dearest memories are of your family. Jeremy and Jeff would come and run around our house with Michael and Meaghan. Jeremy and Jeff would check in with me every week to see when I was making chicken, rice and gravy for dinner. They were always invited. Jeremy was the big brother.....he was so full of life. His laughter would light up a room. Please know you are all in our prayers. We share in your grief. God bless. Nancy (McDermott) Vander Voort

Jeremy, I really enjoyed being your coworker. You always made me laugh and I loved your stories about your cats and your affection for Dorothy. Your face lit up anytime you talked about her. Your families bond was so great to see too. I love that you always got together for Sunday dinners and kept everyone so close. We had a lot of great times and I will miss you. I’m sad I haven’t seen you in a while but I will always remember you fondly. Rest in peace. Lauren.

My deepest condolences to your family and friends. I had the pleasure and honor of working with Jeremy at Keybank. He always had a way of making me laugh even on days I didn't want to. I will always cherish the jokes we shared over our pet spider in the branch "George". May your smile, your love, and the great memories you share carry on through all the lives you have touched. Sleep in peace my dear friend.

I am a teacher and had Jeremy in sixth grade. I am deeply saddened by his passing. He was a wonderful young man . I conversed with him many yrs on FB . Always keeping up what he was doing. Yrs, I could hear the drums playing as I live close to where u live. I always remember his love of cats since we had many as well. He was a gentle, caring young man . And now may he find rest in the arms of our Heavenly God.

Words are so hard to come by when trying to express deep emotions of sorrow for your family right now. I know you all through your mom’s eyes and heart. She always showed her love by bringing everyone together and it always seemed the home of Bill and Diane was a safe haven of acceptance and keeping it real and keeping it fun. I’m sorry for your loss and although there are no words for true comfort, please know you are all being held up in prayers for peace and healing. In remembrance,

Jere (Cuz), I’m still at an utter loss for words. Being only 4 years apart, we were inseparable early on in life. I will always hold onto the memories of bike riding, hanging out at each other house, sleep overs, destinationless walks, arguments over Garbage Pail Kids (ahem - Wriggley Rene), nights of playing the original Nintendo, making corny home movies on my PXL2000 or other, building forts, camping, backpacking and/or canoeing with your Dad - later leading to you and I venturing out on our own (cough cough Gulf Brook Lean-To) then with friends to Pharoah Lake, “the camping beer can war”, endless listening to The Fourth Tower of Inverness, pointless drives to Canada St in Lake George just because, several trips to The Great Escape, teaching you how to drive, getting you a job at with me at the Lancaster Inn, both working for KeyBank, several bonfire conversations and Tina and I Thank You for being part of our Wedding Party. I’m quite sure there are many many many more things I left out intentional or not - LOL! You and I slowly grew apart later in life but always managed to still share a text, FB message or occasional phone call to let each other know we loved each other and you to know I had your back whatever your struggle…just wish I could’ve done more. This hurt/emptiness will remain with me for many years. Until we meet again, wherever that might be, rest easy, Cuz and fly high!
Love you always and forever, Brian
