Obituary of George Hrubenak

George  Hrubenak, of Saratoga Lake, Passed away peacefully at home on Friday Nov. 3, 2017.  He was a graduate of Troy High School and Siena College.  He retired from N.Y.S. D.O.T. where he had been a draftsman for many years.  George was proud to be  Adirondack 46er #1786 and enjoyed long walks with his dog, “Bonnie”.  He loved fishing and spending time on his boat on Saratoga Lake.  He also enjoyed snowmobiling with his friends. 

George is the beloved husband of Margaret Kimmel Hrubenak, whom he married since 1994; devoted step father of Andrea Clemens (Casey); brother of Robert Hrubenak (Cindy) and Suzanne McGrath (William); brother-in-law of Michael Kimmel (Cristi) and David Kimmel (Marge) and Florence McClure (Michael); also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Wed. Nov.8, 2017 at 1:00 pm in Jonesville Cemetery, Jonesville, NY.

There will be no public calling hours.
