Obituary of Bruce J. Cunha

Bruce J. Cunha, 45, peacefully entered into eternal life from a pre-existing condition on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

Born in Troy, he was the son of  Lewis F. "Lew" Carver of Lansingburgh and the late Elizabeth Sears Carver and was educated in the Lansingburgh schools.

Bruce loved golf, baseball with his son Shawn, football, fishing with his brother and son as well as going to the lake with his niece and nephews.

Bruce was the beloved husband of Erin Satterwhite of Clifton Park, devoted father of Shawn J. Cunha (age 8), brother of Colleen (Albert) Sirtori of Cohoes and Scott Cunha of Troy,  stepbrother of Michael Carver of Troy and Kenneth Carver of Greenwich, CT, also survived by his niece, nephews and in-laws; June and Tommy Satterwhite.

Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the John J. Sanvidge Funeral Home, Inc., 565 Fourth Avenue (corner of 115th Street in Lansingburgh), Troy, New York 12182 on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. St. Augustine's Church, 25-115th Street (Lansingburgh), Troy, NY 12182 and followed by interment in St. John's Cemetery, Troy.
