My deepest condolences to Debbie and the entire family. I always enjoyed it when Bill was on duty at town hall. He always had a warm smile and a happiness to carry on a lively conversation. He was a good man and I will miss him very much.

I was fortunate to have known Bill and worked with Him both in the Army and for the Town. Bill was a true professional, a loyal and steadfast soldier and proud Veteran. He readily shared his knowledge with others. Bill had a great sense of humor He always took his jobs seriously but never himself. He improved the performance and capabilities of organizations where he worked and the people he worked with. He was a friend and mentor to many. A good man, He will truly be missed.
