Uncle Royce was the absolute favorite uncle with all the kids in the family. He would always "flip" us, push us on Grandma and Grandpa's swing and swim with us in Goodyear Lake or Cooperstown Lake at family picnics when we were young. When he and Aunt Doris lived on McElroy Road, and we kids grew up and had kids of our own, he always took time to enjoy these young kids at their yearly clam bake. When they retired to Florida, everyone was welcome to visit and enjoy going out in the boat. He was the greatest host and always made us feel special. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. Love you Uncle Royce. Rest in Peace.

Aunt Doris, Cheryl, Jimmy and Tommy-for your entire family- I can't find the words or expressions to tell you of my heart aches for all of you! Uncle Royce was a big part of my life and shall always remain in my memories as just another one of us kids. He was always the one involving in our play and initiated alot of fun and nonsense-myself getting hurt alot as neither of us would cry "Uncle". May be now be at peace, leaving behind his pains of an aging process. Love to you all-Susan

Gramp. I'll forever miss you answering the phone " hey big guy " you have no idea how much I have tried to pattern my life after you. You were bigger than life to me. You were my hero. A part of me has gone with you. My memories will never fade.

Uncle Royce was the life of any gathering the family had!
All the clam bakes will never be forgotten, being thrown in a body of water, Lake or pool was always to be expected! Baseball games, lively stories and ALL the Love any Niece and her Family needed.
Uncle Royce NEVER showed judgement and was accepting of Me and my Family!
He will be sorely missed!
